Warrior and Cassie caught up with Nook at the edge of the lake. Cassie told them ."you know this could be dangerous. it was a dark night not many stars was out and it was only a half moon tonight.
their were shadows every where.Well Warrior asked Nook well i'm ready you heard the noise you lead the way she'll follow.said,Warrior quitly.

Nook waded into the lake and began paddling, making sure she didnt forget that she couldnt touch the ground.

Warrior and Cassie got in water and followed Nook they paddled a little faster until they got caught up with him. they stayed on each side in case on of the need the help.Cassie asked what is going
on you two why are you drad me out here. Our parents will will really tear us up for this if we get caught.what did you here Nook. Cassie was always worring about other mostly about Warrior.
Where are we going Nook asked Warrior?

OH,I guess that was dumb of me to ask that said, Warrior.So they pattled to the other side. Warrior was almost breathless when they reached the other side they stopped for Warrior to catch his breathe before they started going on again

Warrior and Cassie nearly leaped out of the water to catch up with Nook they followed Nook closely
and watched everywhere they could.asthey trotted on Cassie could help but wonder what they were doing chasing something that they did know was out out here.but they she was just glad that Warrior had awakened her for the adventure.so they followed Nook onward.

Nook stopped for a second and pricked her ears. It was a sound like whining of an animal. Nook sniffed and went to a bush. She stuck her nose in it and sniffed. There was a small cheetah cub in the bush, his fur coated with mud. "Hey Guys Look over here!!" Nook yelled, forgettng it was the middle of the night.

Warrior and Cassie ran to see what it was and it turned out to be a cheetah cub.What do you think we should do with it. should we take it back to the others?Warrior asked.

Nook shrugged. I dont know. She said and nosed the cub. It let out a meow.

it doesn't look like the mother is around or it would have come and got him by now. I think we should take it to Moon he's our leader so he will know what to do with it.so Warrior and Cassie talked softly to it and told it they were going to take it back. So they all stared back with the cub between them. Warrior and Cassie was trying to carry it was they went. they were going to have trouble with it getting it in the water.Warrior thought he heard Moon telling once that cats dislike water.

Nook looked at them. Okay I guess. Well he can ride on my head while i swim. She said. She licked the cub.
