Night Howler shrugged as he walked ahead, then fell asleep suddenly, and was dreaming, dreaming big, wierd dreams. He wasn't sure why he was asleep, but he was.

Where are we going?Warrior asked him. I don't know if we should go to faw from home you know.
I might be dangerous you know.But Warrior kept following howler unknowing that he was asleep.

When he awoke, he realized it was a trap that was supposed to keep loiters out, and he had run into it. He smiled, and followed his way back, motioning Warrior back to follow in his exact steps. When he was out, he shook, and looked out. It was nice to look at it, but he knew he couldn't go in. He viewed it, and waited for Warrior.

Warrior Followed Howler just like he did not once making a mistake. when he made it out he tacked howler in joy of happyness of just being alive. Are you ok Howler? Warrior asked him?Lets go home before Moon wakes up.also we need to tell him of this place.we don't want anyone else getting in their.OK. ask Warrior.

Yeah, I'm good. And yes, we need to tell them. he said, pouncing on him, very lightly, making sure not to hurt him too much. he ran back with him, and tripped over Moon's nose. He shook the dirt from his fur and told him saying he was awake now, The ruins down there are very dangerous. There ment to keep loters out, and they have drugs that make you falls alsleep. he said, very un-scinencetific.

Moon frowned how do you know that the drugs make you sleep?did make you fall asleep. I should punish you to for going off again with out telling anyone. Tomorrow we all will talk but right now lets
go back to sleep till morning. Don't go out again is that clear he ask both of them? they both told him yes. I also would like to say thank you for telling us.It took courage to come and tell me knowing
you would get into trouble as well. Now both of you go back to bed now. Night.said Moon.

They both felt bad about running off and not telling anyone.They both knew that Moon was very mad at them but all they had to do was look into his eye to see the worry in his eyes as they told them what happened to them.Warrior didn't know what kind of punishment they would get but he knew then and there that it would serve them right for running off.Warrior is very smart for his age and size but he loves adventure as much as anyone else does.he went to lie down and thought about what happened tonight and thanked the gods that they made it home ok. the he drifted off to sleep till morning.

Moon has stayed awake the rest of the night. he was so worried and scared that he couldn't sleep. he knew that they wouldn't leave again.he knew that he could trust them to stay home at least for a while. He could tell that warrior saw the worry in his eyes this night. because he he could see in the look of regret in his eyes for scaring everyone.he could also tell he was shook up a bit his self. Moon drifted into his own past when him and his mother Shea' were in there cave and he heard a noise and he was just about warriors size. he went while Shea' was asleep and went out to see what was out their and what he found he would never forget. It was the coldest night of the winter that year and he was about to give up looking for the noise when he realize it had found him. It was the biggest creature he had ever saw with thick Black fur and it
breath was hot and rank when he saw Moon he stood up on his back legs and was huge and growled so loud he thought his fur was even ruffled. Now Moon was never the type to be scared of any animal but he was terrified of this thing. he stared howling for Shea' and as soon as she heard her baby Boy she can running he has told her all she needed in his terrified Howl because Moon wasn't scared of anything but she knew he had never seen a Bear before and she knew now that is what he has seen now. she charged him at full force and she had the advantage he didn't know a Crazed Mother was on the way and as soon as she jump on him from behind Moon lunged at his throat and in about seem like a life time the bear was dead
and an drained Shea' and Moon lay on the ground coved in bear blood trying to catch their breath
when they got their wind they saw a creak and went and washed off and then together they dragged the bear back to their cave they had found for the night. it took them for ever because the bear was so big it took them about an hour for what should have been a couple of minutes walk.
but they ate on the bear for a week and then moved on again afraid that That they would be found by Moon's Father.He remembered his mother had punished him but she cried so much he felt so bad he know he would never do that again because he knew he was all she had in life.he decided that their punishment would be that they couldn't talk to to the others.Warrior would be put in one cave and Howler in another and have them to think what they had done they wouldn't have to stay overnight but just the day and they wouldn't get to play with the other.they would have their food and water brought to them by him and nobody else.He told them his story about him ad his mother and the Bear and when he had finished he had tears in his eyes for he missed her dearly. As he told the 2 boys the story he noticed they were very interested in the story like it was a cool adventure then at the end they too had cried but he promised not to tell the other so as not to be teased about crying then they went to their caves and thought about it.Moon returned later with their meals and water. that night they were brought back to the family cave. Warrior was very somber. He promised he would run off again and he even said that he would make sure Howler wouldn't either.

Howler put his head down in shame. I'm really sorry, I won't do it again. he said as a cool wind passed by. He went over to Warrior, and in a soamber voice, began speaking. We're in for it, now! Maybe we could go to the empty cave right over there and talk about our adventure today! His face lightned up, a smile stretching across his face.

yeah, we can but Not for long cause Moon will really get us.He was really scared did you see it in his eyes.Warrior also felt the breeze blow by.It sent a chill down his spine he probably figured it was because he felt so bad. They went and sat down in the other cave and talked for what seemed forever.

Howler went wide-eyed. He never thought Moon could be so....mad. He hung his head in shame. Maybe....maybe I...I...I should, you know, run far away.......... Howler meant what he said. Maybe he should just run. Maybe you could come with me! he said, then looked away and stared at the stars that were coming out and the moon that danced across the sky. He layed down, head on his paws, and gave out a half sigh half whimper. It was alot for him, but he HAD too. He was older now, too. He gave Warrior a look, straight into the eyes, and felt the need to cry. Of course, he rememberd animals didn't cry, only human pups. He closed his eyes and dreamed of just him and warrior. It was wonderful. Soon, he dozed off, dreaming he was hunting a mouse/

Moon had been thinking hard that night.He had all night to think abut about what had happened and he knew he had been so scared that they could have been killed and it scared him so bad that he got mad but he wasn't really mad at them he had been mad at himself for not watching them better and all he had gotten up and went to where he thought they were but they were gone but this time before he panicked looked into the next cave and saw them asleep and safe. he walked in and sat next to them and the softly licked both of their heads and let out a soft sad whimper as he did.he felt ashamed for being so mean to them they were just pups after all.he waited till they were awake and the then told them he was sorry and for the first time since his mother had died he cried not caring that they saw he wanted them to know how he felt. he told them how bad it had hurt to lose his mother and how scared he was that they could have died and he wasn't proud of himself for yelling at them it was himself he was mad at not them.He told them that he was terrified that he was going to love another one of his loved one he freaked out and promised that he would try not to do that again and asked if they would forgive him and that he was still learning how to be a dad it was all new to him.then asked if they wanted to come back to the caves with them.

[OCC - I just wanted to say that they arn't really pups anymore, for they do grow. 8) I reposted Howler, and he's 1 and 5 weeks exactly today, yeah, creepy. xD BUT, he can stay little for longer at 7 months. Which is still young. xD]
Howler popped up. He loooked at Moon with the sober thought of leaving, but he had to. He was a dog, and wouldn't fit in with these wolves. He still couldn't hunt, nor could he stalk anything, and so it was helpless. He looked at the den's enterance, then Moon, then closed his eyes and thought of living with a human. He sighed, opened his eyes, and walked over to Warrior. He whispered, so Moon wouldn't hear, into his ears. I'm going to the Humans. I'm going to miss you. Please come and find me, I don't want to loes such a friend such as you. he said in a sober voice and looked toward Moon. I'm going to see if I can at least try and catch a mouse in the brush, right over there, he said, nodding in the direction of the brush, and slipped past Moon.
He walked over, and sounded one. He attempted, but missed. Oughfff! He landed onto his stomach when he noticed something.....something very strange; a wildcat. He gulped as it came taring toward him. He saggeed to his feet, fear swelling up inside him. He remember he was still used to being a pet....and remember the dream, Once a puppypet, always a puppypet....... and it was time to prove the dream wrong. But it went all wrong. He tried attacking him, biting his leg, but it wasn't exactly working. His ear was torn into a V-shaped slit, and he was indeed, in pain. Help! he said, Oughffff, when he was suddenly was feeling himself being thrown down on his back. The cat was going for his throat. His eyes widened, and he sudenly closed them, thinking of what was going to happen when he died from this attacker.....
[OCC - ALso, can Warrior come to the rescue? Like true friends would do. Then Moon would come and kill the wildcat?]

Warrior saw for where he was sitting that something had lunged at Howler and he was falling. that's all he needed and he almost leaped at the front of the cave and took off at a dead run he jump as soon as he was close enough to the wild cat. he was a big boy too. warrior could smell blood and knew Howler was hurt. mooove he yell at Howler as soon as he jumped on the cat and knocked him off of Howler. he sank his teeth into the cats shoulder but the cat was stronger that him to and he managed to land in front of Howler as he was thrown but the cat out of the corner of his eyes he saw Moon moving faster than he ever have and he jumped on the cat and the fought each other for what seemed for ever fur was flying and blood was every where then Moon had fell at their feet and said it was dead and they were ok.he had lost alot of blood. all he could do was close his eyes and softly whimper I'm so Sorry Howler.

Howler's shoulder was slit deeply. His back had a long claw mark on his back. His paw was badly bitten, and his face was swollen from the scrtaches. He struggled to his feet, but just fell back to the ground. When he heard Moon say sorry, he looked up at him with a confused look. He then closed his eyes and fell asleep.
